Based on Jon Kabat-Zin’s work,
teaching mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.
It will also be informed by Dan Siegal’s work on interpersonal neurobiology
as well as the ancient teachings of Buddhism and Yoga.
Sessions held on Mondays at 6.30pm
1 hour session followed by tea/coffee
