As a Counsellor I offer a range of counselling approaches enriching people's lives through identification of opportunity and encouragement. I have patience and empathy as we journey together through life experiences to assist in maximising growth in self-awareness and to develop effective life-skills.

As a Developmental Educator with years of experience in the disability sector I enjoy working with people who have a disability using a training framework of education and development for the individual and family.

I am experienced in Career counselling, achieving sustainable employment for long term unemployed and those simply seeking a career change.

As an experienced Community Development Officer, I worked closely with migrants and refugees, coordinating settlement services and counselling intercultural relationships resulting in strong family harmony and effective re settlement.

I chose to go into private practice as I am unwavering in dedication and commitment to delivering high quality individualised services while incorporating other wellness approaches, including; meditation, massage, sustainable healthy lifestyles.

My qualifications include: Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies, Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment, Conflict Resolution/Mediation. Professional Membership with DEAI, MACA (Level 2).

 

Nicole Ripinskis

Business Manager / Disability Support Worker

Nicole is the Business Manager and Disability Support Worker for Beyond Wellness Counselling Services. Nicole has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Business Administration, Tourism and enjoys supporting people with Disabilities develop Life Skills and enjoy Community and Social Participation. Her vibrant personality, organisational skills and people friendly nature makes her an asset to this practice.

Her passion has always been with helping people and working with people with disabilities and children. She has volunteered in various disability fields including Minda and is currently working with a Social Enhancement Club for people with disabilities.

Nicole has a Diploma in Business Management, Cert IV in Tourism and Marketing and Cert III in Individual Support (Disability). Nicole's business background includes; Management of Serviced Offices, Personal Assistant to Managing Director of a busy accounting firm, Secretary in a manufacturing office and Travel Consultant for a well-respected Travel Agency.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her family of 3 children, camping and 4wding, seeking adventure whenever possible while travelling overseas, interstate or in SA. Being a sociable person she enjoys catching up with friends and meeting new people.
